Upon request, up-front, not-to-exceed quotes for agreed upon services will be provided prior to initiating any work. All job costs will be included in these up-front quotes including such items as travel time to and from site, report preparation time, travel expenses (i.e. airfare, hotel, rental cars, parking), special postage/delivery, outside lab services and mileage. Scopes may change during the course of an assignment and a revised quote will be provided at that time.

Roof inspections for single-structure, single-family residential properties within the greater Phoenix, AZ metro area will be performed at a flat rate of $1,650.00.

Commercial property inspections, inspections outside the greater Phoenix, AZ, metro areas and all appraisal work will be billed at an hourly rate of $250.00 plus travel costs.

There is no premium fee for litigation or appraisal work.
